bayc is a voluntary sector youth organisation working to create opportunities for change in the lives of young people. We work with young people, with youth workers and youth groups, and with other agencies and organisations to advocate for young people and youth work.

We support 200 affiliated youth groups working with 8-25 year olds in Birmingham, the Black Country, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Staffordshire, and develop project based work with young people around their involvement in decision-making, Youth Arts, gender based work, volunteering and through residential experiences.
