Drama  

A valuable tool in any youth work arena. Drama is used to highlight any issues that become relevant within the group.

It is also used as a means to develop confidence and support for group work. This can be through improvisation or scripted work, long term or short. Taster sessions of drama are available to young women’s groups. Each session is documented to form part of a Resource Pack of useful drama exercises.

Workers Training  

As part of the dissemination of past and current projects workers are invited to attend training days that will offer support and practical learning for the delivery of quality work with young women.

 

Capacity building for upskilling of workers by offering training for projects and current issues for engaging with Young People.

 

i.e. Anti-Discriminatory Practice with Young People, Presentation Skills, Understanding the Value of Urban Music, Working with Young Women amongst others.
