Youth Achievement AwardsThe Youth Achievement Awards are a peer education approach to recognising and accrediting young people’s achievements. Young people age 14 - 25 support each other in planning appropriate ‘challenges, identifying their learning targets, recording their experiences in challenge booklets and developing portfolios of evidence. Once a young person has completed a challenge they review what they did and discuss it with their group. The support of a local youth worker is critical to the process. Youth Achievement Awards are available at four different levels:
Bronze
taking part
Silver

Gold
take complete responsibility for planning and organising
Platinum
